Courgette Country Grain Bread

Page 409 in the Bread and Bread Machine Bible.

As usual, I only make a small loaf of Bread here.



  1. Put all ingredients except the seeds in the bread tin in the order listed.
  2. Make a well in the centre of the flour and pour in the yeast
  3. Select the 1lb basic white setting, and press start
  4. Near the end of the dough cycle, add the seeds.
  5. Just before the baking cycle, brush with water and sprinkle with corn meal.


I didn't have buttermilk, so I used regular milk.
