It's all to easy to get stuck in a rut, eating the same meals each week, so I've decided to try something new. Each week or so, my Mum and I will pick a recipe that neither of us have made before, head to the shops for any missing ingredients.
As we both have a bread machine, we'll start by making a main meal and an exotic bread.

Tortilla Wrap with Tabbouleh and Guacamole. We also made Marbled Pesto Bread, but had that later in the day.
Both were lovely, but the wrap is much better suited to a warm sunny day than the depths of winter! Also, we cheated by buying the Guacamole, rather than making it ourselves.
