Ingredients
Method
- Sieve the flour
 - Rub in the butter
 - Add the sugar, and sprinkle over the fruit
 - Cook gas mark 4 for 25 minutes
 
Notes
For rhubarb crumble add a dessert spoon of sugar to the fruit, and cook in the microwave. Pour off excess liquid.
