Ingredients

Method

  • Sieve the flour
  • Rub in the butter
  • Add the sugar, and sprinkle over the fruit
  • Cook gas mark 4 for 25 minutes

Notes

For rhubarb crumble add a dessert spoon of sugar to the fruit, and cook in the microwave. Pour off excess liquid.
