Ingredients
Method
- Finely chop the onion, chilli and coriander.
- Add the zest of the lime and the salt to the chopping board.
- Smear the mixture with the side of the blade to form a paste.
- Peal and do-stone the avocados and mash with a fork. As we are aiming for a chunky, don't mash it too much.
- Fold in the other ingredients, i.e. the avocados, the paste, and the oil.
