Liqueur

Ingredients

To use a whole bottle of Vodka

170g Sugar
85g Water
1 bottle of Vodka

To fill a 70cl bottle

120g Sugar
60g Water
Vodka (enough to fill the remainder of the 70cl bottle).

Method

Mix the sugar and water, and heat in a microwave till all the sugar disolves.
Leave to cool
Add the vodka.

Notes

Add a single drop of flavouring to a shot glass, then top up with the liqueur base.
