Meatballs with Spaghetti & Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 1 Garlic clove, chopped
- 700g minced Beef
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- 2tsp Parmesan, grated
- fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/2tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- plain flour, for dusting
Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Onion, chopped
- 4-5 Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 tin chopped Tomatoes
- 125ml Double Cream (optional)
- salt & pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 180C.
Mix onion, garlic & meat. Add other ingredients.
Flour hands & mould the mixture into meatballs.
Cook meatballs for 3-4mins and cook in oven for 12-15mins.
In the same pan, fry onion, mushrooms & garlic until soft.
Stir in mixed herbs & tomatoes & allow to bubble for 10mins.
Add cream, season & add meatballs.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti.
Serve spaghetti with meatballs on top.
