Quorn Curry


Optional topping :


  1. Chop and fry the onion.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, fennel, cinnamon, garam masala and turmeric. Fry for another minute.
  3. Add the tomatoes and the sugar.
  4. Continue cooking for 10 mins until the tomatoes have reduced, and darkened.
  5. Add the quorn and cook for another 5 mins.
  6. Pour in the stock, and simmer for 10 mins.
  7. Serve with chopped coriandeR.


We had this with Lentil and Onion Rice.
